Present circumstances have made it almost impossible for the Society to organise new events at this time. Here we present an article that takes inspiration from one of last year’s events, the weekend visit to Alentejo, to explore the menus of royal meals from the early 1900s that are archived in the splendid Ducal Palace of Vila Viçosa.
